Wow, sounds like a dramatic, saddening film, but yet very eye-openining. I enjoyed your review because you discussed the background info, a decent amount of the plot, and continued on to discuss how the message was perceived as a viewer. The review was well written and entertaining to read over. Will definitely be viewing this film sometime soon.

I read half of this review, and immediately felt I didn't even need to read the rest. I was already sold on the fact that I needed to see it. I've never heard the astonishing facts that 1 in 5 women of the military have been sexually assaulted in the military. Just thinking of women being abused or taken advantage of while serving our country astonishes me. It's true that the message is overwhelming. Very well said. The director had to find some B roll, or press record. It sounds like the story tells itself. The last paragraph of this review is what makes me feel something can be and is being done to make sure women feel safe in the military. What an unfortunate topic that was thankfully brought to light.

I really enjoyed your review on The Invisible War and the great detail information you provided. It is very surprising that this disturbing issue has slipped through the cracks and hidden from the public eye for so long. I felt that your review described the film as well as discussing the positive effects it had on our society. This review is written in a manner that encourages a change and I think that is wonderful and I am personally very eager to see this film.

The introduction of your review was very nicely written and explained. I like finding out that the film played a role in causing something to be done that made a positive change, but I would like to more about Leon Panetta and he/she effected this change. However, I do think it is relevant to note that most sources say the 1 in 6 women in the US will be sexually assaulted in their lifetime. Which may not make the military sound that much more dangerous, but that is about a 17% increase in likelihood and does not span nearly as many years.

I really enjoyed the first part of this review, it provided the readers with a nice overview of the film and definetly made me want to rent and watch this for myself. The rest of the review I felt should of been a little more opinionated from your point of view so the reader could see what you personally thought of it. Overall your review made me want to watch this, good job!
