Pieta a finely crafted film  produced in Korea.  Takes place in an industrial ghetto, were a heartless loan shark starts to take collecting late payments  into his own hands. When a woman cleverly enters his life claiming that she was his mother who gave him up at birth. The illusion of love for the first time  makes this drama a movie worth seeing.  The rawness of Pieta director by Ki-duk Kim who portrays the deep connections that dwell just below the surface of what make us good or evil.  Made by professionals who took great care in crafting the continuity and pace of Pieta. The stark reality gives this film believability.
